Shared Services - The Modena Approach
Modena’s approach is based around our proven Business Improvement Feasibility Methodology. This is a rapid engagement approach that connects with services and delivery teams to quickly identify issues and opportunities for improvement. It has been successfully deployed by us with many of our local government customers. Using this approach we can offer established or fledgling Partnerships the following assistance:
- Shared services feasibility study – opportunities and issues, how savings will be delivered;
- Project Audit – has it/will it deliver its objectives, way forward, key opportunities for the future;
- Change Business Case – more detailed, including benefits, savings and costs, and detailed implementation plans, and project management if required.
Using our proven BIF approach means that the lead time and resources required do not have to be
excessive. The time required can be calculated knowing the number of partners engaged and the proposed service portfolio.
Modena will then deploy the necessary experience and engage all stakeholders in an interactive and dynamic process.
