We recognise that sometimes you will want us to mentor your own staff facilitating skills transfer, sometimes you will want us to take responsibility for outcomes and sometimes you will want more flexibility to mix and match these engagement styles in a partnership arrangement. We will contract for such services as Time & Materials, Fixed Price or under the umbrella of a longer term Framework Agreement.
