Countryside Council for Wales - Case Study

The Countryside Council of Wales (CCW) wished to review the whole organisation to establish priority areas for improvement in overall effectiveness.

CCW is the advisor to the Welsh Assembly on matters concerning the natural environment, landscape and biodiversity of Wales.

Working with a commercial partner, Scisys plc, Modena advised CCW on priorities areas for improving service efficiency, including quantification of gains in effectiveness and efficiency.

Separately, we also piloted a new approach to performance management in CCW, resulting in performance indicators for internal effectiveness, organisational outputs and external (environmental) outcomes.
